Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the SmartIQ mobile application (the "Service") operated by SmartIQ Apps ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Licensing and Proper Use

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or via one-time purchases ("In-App Purchases"). These are processed securely by Apple's App Store according to their standard terms and conditions. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis for subscription services.

4. User Content and Data

Our Service allows you to create, store, and share invoices, quotations, and client information ("Content"). You retain full ownership of all your Content. By using the app, you grant us the right to store this data securely on our servers to enable synchronization across your devices.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
